BRIEF
The client had their annual event at the Hop Farm, Kent coming up in 8 weeks and had only sold 10 tickets, out of 1,000s available.
A prestigious event that had the potential to make money for the company from various avenues, they were at the point of having to make a judgement call on cancelling, when at the last moment they decided to enlist the help of Social Fireworks Ltd to replace their current marketing agency.
APPROACH
With little time to spare, Social Fireworks Ltd worked with the client and reviewed all current marketing activity immediately. Social Fireworks Ltd advised on a complete overhaul and advised a bespoke approach considering the shortage of time; changing the keywords, imagery, content and selling-points. Also, to change the level of content (blogs, posts, imagery, videos) going out on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Bespoke emails were sent to the stall-holders too, with optional extras, utilising their attendance.
The whole marketing strategy much more personal to the venue, thanks to Social Fireworks.
OUTCOME
The event went ahead as planned, with ticket numbers increasing by 2,840%. The event was so well attended, the client was able to run another event six months later, utilising the marketing help of Social Fireworks Ltd.
