Women Work: Our Founder Speaks to Over 1K on The Power of Social Media In Business

On Friday 10th March, Social Fireworks founder, Kizzie Nicholson, spoke at the first Women Work Tunbridge Wells event. Speaking on 'How Social Media can Make (or Break) Your Business' the event was attended by over 1,000 people at the Assembly Hall, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Speaking exclusively at the event on the topic of social media, Kizzie Nicholson, shared the importance of being on social media for business growth.

"Love it or hate it, social media isn't going anywhere. It is important for businesses, and start-ups, to be on social media and be on it in the right way. Social media for personal use is very different to social media for business use - we at Social Fireworks help individuals learn the difference.'

The event was aimed at women, and the men who support them, in business. With speakers and workshops throughout the day focusing all on a range of topics from how to be an entrepreneur, how to network, addressing self-esteem and raising awareness of mental health in the workplace, the event was a huge success. The event was the first of it's kind from founder, Ania Jeffries who said, "Delighted to have Kizzie speak at our first event and share her knowledge on social media for business. We're planning the next after the huge success and will be inviting Kizzie to speak again."
