BRIEF
The client, a popular and UK-widely known letting agent with a franchise in Tonbridge, wanted to gain leads in the form of landlord’s enquiring about having their properties managed.
The client had a database of opt-in marketing emails, a Facebook and LinkedIn page and was doing minimal activity online. The focus had been in local newspapers and local train station billboards but was once again not utilising all the online marketing tools so readily available to hit their business goals.
APPROACH
After sitting with the client in a marketing review and strategy session, we agreed the best approach forward to reach out to landlords. After reviewing the Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts and doing local market research, we pulled together a strategy and clear, professional online identity.
Social Fireworks launched a YouTube channel for the client, with monthly videos and created content for Facebook and LinkedIn.
OUTCOME
The current database was kept informed weekly across targeted emails and social media. The first YouTube video got over 200 local views on the first day with the client receiving the praise of clarity from landlords.
