A social media audit is a process of reviewing how your business looks and is performing online. We’ll look at your business' metrics to assess growth, opportunities, and what can be done to improve your social presence. 

 

Don't let the word “audit” frighten you, by the way. Social media audits aren't painstaking or tedious, ours are insightful, informative and colourful - just like a Firework. We’ll review the current setup of how it is or isn’t completed, provide you with the purpose and reasoning why it is needed all in a word document or .PDF. Then, following a clear, bullet point list we build for you, you can easily complete and keep track of to-do actions by you and your team, or the Social Fireworks team can action these for you.

 

You’ll be able to see how your business looks to your customers and potential customers currently, all through the eyes of a specialist social media team. 

 

How We Work?

To book an Audit with us, simply complete the Contact Us form to arrange a call with one of our specialists. We will then send you a confirmation email and request some details about your business via email. After we have spoken on a 30min phone call, we will book in the Audit and confirm when it will be sent to you. We'll be doing some industry research as part of your Audit, we aim to have it completed within 10 working days to you. Once completed, we’ll send it to you via email, with an explanation summary and an invite for a 30min review call via Zoom.
